NAME
     getmaxpartitions - get the maximum number of partitions allowed per disk



SYNOPSIS
     #include <util.h>

     int
     getmaxpartitions(void);

DESCRIPTION
     getmaxpartitions() returns the number of partitions that are allowed per
     disk on the system.
